How do I check my order status?

We will notify you via email when your order is processed and shipped from our care.

Can I change my order after I place it?

To change or cancel an order, please get in touch with us immediately at hello@pearl.international. We are committed to processing orders as soon as we receive them, and once processed, we cannot change or cancel them. Therefore, the sooner you contact us, the greater the likelihood we’ll be able to fulfill your request.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item you did not order, please email us at hello@pearl.international, including your name, order number, a synopsis of the issue, and pictures to document.

SHIPPING

Where can I find my order’s tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a confirmation with your freight or tracking number.

What should I do if my package says delivered, but I don't have it?

Should this happen, please get in touch with the carrier as soon as possible. Occasionally, a package may be marked as delivered when it is still out for delivery. Pearl cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Will I be required to pay international customs or duty fees?

Yes, shipments to destinations outside the U.S. are subject to customs and duty fees/taxes. Please check with your local customs website for more information about these costs.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns on most items. However, in rare cases, we may issue a credit.
